The swivel ball joint is tight, making it difficult to adjust the angle. The swivel ball joint should be installed onto the shower arm first to easily adjust the angle due to leverage. Adjusting the head by hand out of the box does not reflect its swivel capability after installation. Leakage at the connection point can be resolved by checking the filtered rubber washer inside the connector and avoiding overtightening. Using Teflon tape as an auxiliary measure can help prevent leakage. When switching modes, other nozzles of the showerhead may continue to drip due to residual water during mode switching. Waiting a few minutes will allow the other nozzles to stop dripping. The pause mode is a trickle mode and does not completely stop the water flow. To fully stop the water, shut off the water valve.

To replace the filter cartridge, simply unscrew the showerhead. Replacement cartridges can be found on Amazon by searching for "MakeFit shower filter replacement".
